I’m a full-time professional online tutor. Before working independently, I spent two years as Head of Business and Economics at an independent college in London.
I’ve been teaching for nearly a decade. My students range from A Level learners to undergraduates and postgraduates, and many have worked with me across multiple academic years.
My approach is friendly and direct: use familiar language, make the ideas relatable and build towards confident use of the technical terminology. Real business examples help students see why the theory matters.
I have extensive experience supporting students with SEND and anxiety. We work at a comfortable pace, with challenge when the student is ready and space to ask questions along the way.
Go beyond
knowing the definition.
In Business and Economics, a strong answer needs a chain of reasoning.
We work through what a concept means, how it affects a real business or economy, and why the conclusion might change in a different context. In Accounting, we connect the calculation to the decision behind it.
At university, that same care carries through to applying theory, weighing evidence and building an argument you can explain in your own words.
Make your next step
a considered one.
Consultations and personal statement support that help you explain your academic interests and experience. I’ve supported successful applications to competitive courses at LSE, UCL, Imperial and other Russell Group universities.
